A mondern-classic Sauvignon Blanc.  A mouth-tingling blend from Marlborough's Wairau and Awatere Valleys, this expressive Sauvignon Balnc delivers a punch of aromatics and flavours the NZ's flagship varietal has become famous for.  Intense aromas of passionfruit, pink grapefruit, and tomato stalk. The palate is rich and concentrated, packed with blackcurrant, pineapple, capsicum and dried herbs, all supported by a backbone of lively acidity which provides great length.  Unmistakeable in style, this wine still possesses an air of finesse and subtle mineral notes that add another layer of enjoyment.

2018 Seasonal Central Otago Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir

The quintessence of Central Otago Pinot Noir - powerful and seductive.  On the nose, you are greetedd with black cherry, red plum, and vanilla bean. Ripe boysenberry and cream flavours adorn a rich and rounded mid-palate that finishes with substle notes of cocoa and cloves.  The oak is restrained and the tannins assert their presence but are soft and inviting.  A complex fruit bomb with a serious demeanor and silky, svelte structure.

2018 Expressions Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris

Aromatic Pinot Gris with texture and richness. From the Wairau Valley in Marlborough, perfectly ripened fruit is handled carefully to preserve the delicate aromas, fruit purity and freshness. Nashi pear and Golden Queen peaches are complimented by subtle fermentation characters of grilled nectarine and custard. Following fermentation, some time on yeast lees contributes creamy texture but also inviting bread and baked apples flavours. The resulting fullness is lifted by crisp acidity that is in turn softened by a touch of residual sweetness - a harmonious balance. This is cool climate Pinot Gris at its best with many facets and shows that purists need not always be conformists.
